The S&M Large Pouch is a larger variant on our S&M Pouch which focuses on the medical based requirements of the modern day soldier. The Large S&M is the perfect size for a more comprehensive brick or section sized Medkit.
The width and depth, coupled with a large YKK Zip, allow for easy access and visibility when searching for small and specific items. With the internal elastic loops, organisation of items is a quick and painless procedure. They also reduce noise caused by rattling items.
That being said, the shape and size of the Large S&M are perfect for any chest rig setup that requires a general utility pouch mounted in an awkward position such as under the arm.
